Our Vin de Vie is made every year from our Muscat block, just in front of the Cellardoor at our historic Audrey Wilkinson Vineyard. The grapes are hand harvested, crushed and pressed with the juice fortified with Brandy and SVR spirit. This is then cellared in old French oak barrels for only a few years in order to maintain freshness. When we bottle, we blend various vintages to achieve the ideal balance of flavour, complexity and freshness.
This wine is blended from different Vintages of Muscat from our historic Audrey Wilkinson Vineyard to reflect a style that has intense flavours and retains freshness.
