Pale yellow with green hues. A bouquet of citrus lime and lemon, with hints of talc. Fresh sherbet, great minerality with delicate but powerful citrus fruit flavours.
After our freakish dust storm in September, conditions returned back to normal with mild conditions in Spring with average rainfalls. Harvest began on the 14th of January, 2010 and extended into May with our Pinot Noir from Tasmania. Although crop volumes were down 20—40% throughout the Hunter Valley, quality is considered very high.
