Our Muscat is made every year from our Muscat block, just in front of the Cellardoor at our historic Audrey Wilkinson Vineyard. The grapes are hand harvested, crushed and pressed with the fruit fortified with Brandy and SVR spirit after 3 days. This muscat is then cellared in old French oak barrels for up to 12 years., blended with various Vintages and bottled.
This wine is blended from different Vintages of Muscat from our historic Audrey Wilkinson Vineyard to reflect a style that’s rich in flavour, complex but retaining freshness.
